ROOF REPAIRS
Examples of roof repairs completed by Vertical Limits, including damaged roof valley repairs, timber repairs and the replacement of deteriorated roofing underlay. These repairs help restore the roof's weather protection and reduce the risk of water ingress.

The existing roof underlay had deteriorated and was exposed when the roof tiles were lifted.

NEW ROOF UNDERLAY INSTALLED
New waterproof underlay was installed over the existing roof battens, preparing the section for the roof tiles to be reinstated.

ROOF DAMAGE FROM GEYSER INSTALLATION
A section of the tiled roof was left open following geyser installation, exposing the underlying roof structure and underlay.

The exposed roof section was repaired and new underlay installed to help restore the roof's weather protection.

The flat roof was prepared and primed before a torch-on waterproofing membrane was installed. Edges, overlaps and junctions with the tiled roof were sealed to help prevent water ingress.

The existing waterproofing around the skylight showed signs of wear and deterioration, requiring repair.

REPAIRED SKYLIGHT WATERPROOFING
Damaged waterproofing was removed and replaced around the skylight frame to help seal the junction and prevent water ingress.

DETERIORATED SKYLIGHT SEALING
The waterproofing around the skylight had deteriorated, leaving the surrounding joints in need of repair and resealing.

COMPLETED SKYLIGHT WATERPROOFING
The skylight waterproofing was repaired, and a silver protective coating was applied to the surrounding brickwork for a neat, finished appearance.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Examples of property maintenance work completed by Vertical Limits, including exterior repairs, drainage improvements, patio and carport installations, and general upkeep of residential properties. We help maintain the condition, functionality and appearance of homes and their surrounding areas.

CUTTING THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM
Tyrone cuts a channel into the existing paved driveway to prepare for the installation of a new drainage system.

The paving was opened to prepare for the installation of a new drainage channel to help direct surface water away from the garage entrance.

The new drainage channel was positioned in the prepared section along the driveway.

COMPLETED NEW DRAINAGE SYSTEM
A new grated drainage channel was installed flush with the paving to collect surface water and help reduce water flowing towards the garage entrance during rainfall.

EXISTING PATIO AREA
The existing patio area required a roof to provide shelter while allowing natural light into the outdoor space.

PATIO ROOF FRAMEWORK
The supporting framework was installed to accommodate the new bronze polycarbonate roofing.

Bronze polycarbonate roofing sheets were fitted to the supporting framework, allowing filtered natural light through whie providing overhead cover.

The patio roof was completed with bronze polycarbonate roofing, allowing filtered natural light into the sheltered area. The timber frame features a Shou Sugi Ban finish.

The existing fibreglass roof covering was removed to make way for new bronze polycarbonate roofing sheets.

A leaking pipe inside the wall caused water damage to the kitchen cupboard and its shelving.

All water damaged timber was removed, and new shelves were installed in the lower section of the cupboard.

The upper shelving was repaired, repainted and waterproofed to restore the cupboard's finish and help protect against futher moisture damage.
