ROOF TILE REPLACEMENT 

Broken roof tiles were removed and replaced with matching tiles, carefully aligned with the existing roof to help prevent water ingress.

RIDGE CAPPING REPAIR

Ridge capping was repaired and sealed along the roof peak.  The ridge tiles were cleaned and waterproof sealing applied at overlaps and junctions to help prevent water ingress.

ROOF STRUCTURE REPAIR 

The roof was oped to repair the timber battens and roof structure.  New underlay was installed before the roof tiles were refitted.

EAVES AND EDGE TILE REPAIR

Roof tiles were lifted to inspect and repair the timber battens along the eaves.  The tiles were then refitted and secured along the roof edge to help prevent water ingress and wind damage.

SLATE ROOF RIDGE REPAIR 

The slate roof ridge was inspected and repaired. Damaged slates were replaced and loose slates secured along the ridge to help prevent water ingress.

SLATE ROOF RESTORATION 

The slate roof was restored across a large area.  Damaged slate tiles were replaced, timber battens repaired and new slate tiles fitted and secured to help protect the roof against water ingress.

SLATE ROOF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Annual slate roof maintenance, including replacement of damaged tiles, securing loose ridge slates, clearing roof valleys and debris, and inspecting and resealing chimney waterproofing. 

ROOF MAINTENANCE AND SOLAR GEYSER CLEANING

Annual roof maintenance included cleaning the solar geyser tubes and tiled roof, completing the waterproofing treatment and sealing around roof penetrations where required.

ROOF REPAIRS FOLLOWING GEYSER INSTALLATION

A large opening was left in the roof during geyser installation by plumbers.  We repaired the affected roof area to restore the roof covering.

ROOF VALLEY REPAIR

Damaged roofing material removed from the roof valley and the area prepared for repair.  New roofing underlay installed, with timber battens fitted to support the roof covering before the tiles were reinstated.

SLATE ROOF WATERPROOFING AND REPAIR

Damaged slate tiles were removed around the roof valley, and new waterproofing underlay was installed and sealed at the overlaps.  The valley gutter was cleaned and prepared before the tiles were refitted.

TILED ROOF WATERPROOFING

The roof tiles were removed to install a new woven waterproofing underlay over the timber battens.  The membrane was laid and sealed at the overlaps to help prevent water ingress before the tiles were refitted.

SKYLIGHT WATERPROOFING 

Waterproofing applied around the skylight frame and edges on a flat roof to help seal the junction and prevent water ingress.

WARERPROOF UNDERLAY AND BATTEN REPLACEMENT 

Damaged roof tiles removed and rotten timber battens replaced.  New Marley waterproofing underlay was installed and sealed before the roof tiles were refitted.

FLAT ROOF WATERPROOFING AT PYRAMID SKYLIGHT

Existing waterproofing was removed and the surface prepared before a new waterproofing membrane was applied and sealed around the pyramid skylight frame to help prevent water ingress.

FLAT ROOF WATERPROOFING

Waterproofing applied around the skylights and along the parapet wall on a flat roof to help seal vulneralbe areas and prevent water ingress.

FLAT ROOF WATERPROOFING 

Waterproofing membrane applied to the flat roof surface to help prevent water ingress and protect the roof. 

TORCH-ON FLAT ROOF WATERPROOFING 

The flat roof surface was prepared and primed before torch-on waterproofing membrane was installed.  Overlaps and junctions with the tiled roof were sealed to help prevent water ingress.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AREA

Outdoor entertainment area built by Vertical Limits, including the timber roof structure, IBR roof sheeting, concrete floor and custom built wooden bar.  The timber frame features a Shou Sugi Ban finish.

KITCHEN RENOVATION

Full kitchen renovation completed by Vertical Limits, including removal of the existing finishes, preparation and retiling of the floors and walls, and painting to refresh the space.  New kitchen cupboards and a wooden countertop were installed, along with a built in electric hop and oven.  A blue mosaic tile feature wall completed the renovation.

CEILING REPAIR AFTER ROOF LEAK

A roof leak caused damage to the ceiling.  The damaged ceiling boards were removed and replaced, then skimmed and painted.  The roof leak was also repaired.

CARPORT INSTALLATION

A freestanding steel carport was constructed, with steel posts and IBR roof sheeting installed to provide a covered area for sheltered parking.

TIMBER FRAME AND IBR ROOFING

Timber roof structure installed with IBR roof sheeting, including guttering and a downpipe to manage rainwater runoff.

INTERIOR LAMINATED FLOORING INSTALLATION

Interior laminated flooring installation after water damage.  Existing floor prepared and levelled, new laminated flooring installed and secured for a durable, modern finish.

DRAINAGE SYSTEM INSTALLATION

Existing paving was lifted to install a drainage system to redirect surface water away from the garage and help prevent water from entering.  The paving was then reinstated around the drainage channel.

EXTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING

The exterior walls were high pressure cleaned to remove dirt and prepare the surfaces for painting.  Following the cleaning, the entire exterior of the house was painted with fresh white paint, giving the walls and exterior surfaces a clean, uniform and refreshed finish.
